Word Duel

Word Duel is a competitive word game designed to challenge players' vocabulary, spelling, and quick thinking. The game combines elements of classic word games like Scrabble and Boggle with a fast-paced, head-to-head format that makes it engaging and competitive.

Gameplay Overview

In Word Duel, two players face off in a timed battle to create as many words as possible from a given set of letters. Each round typically lasts between 1 to 3 minutes, depending on the game settings. The players are presented with the same set of random letters, and they must form valid words by rearranging these letters. The longer and more complex the words, the more points they earn.

Game Modes

  1. Classic Duel: Players compete in a single round, and the player with the highest score at the end of the round wins.

  2. Best of Three: A more strategic mode where players compete over three rounds, with the cumulative score determining the winner.

  3. Survival Mode: A solo mode where the player must keep forming words within a short time limit. If they fail to form a word before time runs out, the game ends. The goal is to achieve the highest score possible.

  4. Team Battle: Two teams of players can compete against each other. Each team collaborates to find words, and the combined team score determines the winner.

Scoring System

The scoring in Word Duel is based on the length and complexity of the words. Longer words or those using less common letters like "Q" or "Z" are worth more points. Bonus points are also awarded for finding words quickly or using all available letters.

How to play Word Duel

Using Mouse and Keyboard.
