Moledle

Moledle is a unique word-guessing game that challenges players to uncover a secret word using six attempts. What sets Moledle apart is its clever use of changing tile colors to provide clues about the correctness of each guess.

Goal

In Moledle, players are presented with a secret word, typically of a certain length. The objective is to guess this word correctly within six tries. After each guess, the tiles on the game board change color based on how close the guessed word matches the secret word:

  1. Correct Tiles: If a letter in the guessed word is in the correct position as in the secret word, the tile corresponding to that letter changes to a specific color (often green).

  2. Incorrect Tiles: Tiles for letters that appear in the secret word but are in the wrong position turn another color (often yellow or orange).

  3. Not in the Word: Letters that are not in the secret word at all remain a neutral color (often gray).

Challenge

The challenge lies in interpreting these color changes to refine subsequent guesses strategically. As players make their way through each attempt, they must use deduction and logic to narrow down possibilities, leveraging the feedback from the changing colors effectively.

How to play Moledle

Using Mouse and Keyboard.
