Foclach

Foclach is an Irish-language version of the popular word game Wordle. It's a daily puzzle that challenges players to guess a five-letter Irish word in six tries.

How to Play Foclach

The rules are simple and identical to Wordle:

• You have six attempts to guess the five-letter Irish word of the day.
• After each guess, the color of the tiles will change to show how close your guess was:
  • Green: The letter is in the word and the correct position.
  • Yellow/Orange: The letter is in the word but in the wrong position.
  • Grey: The letter is not in the word.
